Children like...

It's not as much about the choice of colors that draws a child into want something or seeing something but how vibrant the colors are. In the mind of a kid, bright colors stand out to them and make them want to look more closely at. The brighter the color the better they are marketed to children. Marketing to children is very easy actually when it comes to choosing out a color scheme for the product. putting neon's on your product would make them love it but adults would find themselves getting a headache, before even hearing the bells and whistle form the toy.

Color you see with you mind

When you see a color, what do you think about? What draws your eye to that color? Is there a reason you feed different about each color? Now, did you know that these colors are are being used to make you buy and you things?!?!?!? Companies don't just pick these colors because they're pretty and make them happy. The colors were picked to make the consumer, you, to buy or use their product. From the companies product, website, and logo, all the color schemes were picked to make a person react differently to their product. You may not realized that no matter what you look at it's not the actual product that draws you in first, but the colors!

Women Color their psyche too

Women, seen as motherly, warm, caring. The image of a women is beauty and smarts, so don't they also have colors that will match this? Well in their minds they do, naturally like men they have a set color coding system to make them choose a product.

White, purity, innocence, isn't that what society pins woman as? For most women that is what they want the world to see them as. there is also the fact that when they choose a product to by it looks clean and pure for them. their minds see a product using white as a base color and makes them double check the item they just saw.

Pink
, the color that is instantly associated to being "girly," because it is a warm, and soft color. Women find this color in their minds because of the way it react to their motherly instincts and due to this it is an excellent way for companies to draw them into their products.

Purple, usually seen as a feminine color, but it is also considered royalty. women can relate to the color as power yet with a female touch. Most market though will not make it a dark purple but a tinted purple, so to seem soft and delicate for women minds to read.Yellow, seen as a warm color to look at, sort of like women have that warm, bright smile. Marketing the color yellow is difficult to do but it seems that the color is seen more attractive to women than men.

The Color of a Man

Men have a very different color pallet from their lady partners. Psychologically Men are suppose to be; Strongly, courageous, outgoing, smart, ect., there for some colors are found to be used to draw men in specifically.

Black is seen as sophisticated often used in advertising as away to push a man to want to be that rich, intelligent male figure people look towards.
Red considered to be a color of action, power, strength, excitement. The color can quickly draw a males mind into the image that is being marketed. Males see the color red much quicker than women due to the high intensity of the color. Most products that are red are most likely meant to draw in Men.
Blue, though a calming color, it has always be the color of boys, from infancy. Men have been smothered in the color blue since birth, and can always make them look at a product.Green is so natural, stable, and represents youth and wealth. Things that every man wants in life. It's no surprise that men would subconsciously choose a product using this color.

Common and Practical

The human mind can read things easily when it is seen commonly done. Black Print on White Backing is something that will always be used, until the end of time. So often used, because it is the easiest to read the words (the same goes for white font on black backing). Though it isn't catchy to the Psyche, it is simple and is used often for marketing techniques.

This is also true with logos. Black and white can be sophisticated and clean looking. Black and white can be seen as a strong design for marketing. The mind can read it quickly and easily.

When in Doubt, Use Blue

Such a commonly used color in marketing schemes, because it is so relaxing, and easy to use in a design. Blue is relaxing to see with you're eye. It’s legible for headlines, produces good-looking tints, and lets you highlight key points in the copy while not drawing much attention to the design itself.

Movement of colors in designs

the way colors are placed inside of the design moves the way your eyes see things also. It is commenly seen that a white of black is a the background and then i vibrant color such as red is used to make the item pop to the human eyes. Color can shift the eye from one part of the object to the other, which is how the item can market themselves.

simply by changing the value of the color moves the eye across the product. The mind subconsciously moves with the gradient because of the dark to light.

Color Memorie

Have you ever seen a loge that when ever you look at it the colors are what you remember mostly. when you look for a can a soda, you see a can with red and white, is it coke you're thinking of? blue and red, you think of Pepsi. Your mind can memorize things not only through words and numbers, but colors. companies like to use colors to make people remember their products easily, and to associate the colors with their products.
Logos are similar to products too. the color combination's that are made can affect the way you remember such logos.

Amazon.com uses a tinted orange and blue in their logo and the layout for their website. these colores will be associated with the website, there for when someone thinks of there see the colors together the will think of amazon subconsciously.

YouTube.com is a black, white, and red, color scheme. the colors layers with the black font on the white and the white font on the red. simple but memorable.
