Black is seen as sophisticated often used in advertising as away to push a man to want to be that rich, intelligent male figure people look towards.
Red considered to be a color of action, power, strength, excitement. The color can quickly draw a males mind into the image that is being marketed. Males see the color red much quicker than women due to the high intensity of the color. Most products that are red are most likely meant to draw in Men.

Blue, though a calming color, it has always be the color of boys, from infancy. Men have been smothered in the color blue since birth, and can always make them look at a product.


Matthew. My favorite color is green. Why would you believe that green is a male color? Green is pure, fresh and clean and at baby showers it is used when they don't know the sex of a baby yet here it is portrayed as a male color.
ReplyDeleteIn the adult male psyche the color catches much quicker to their eyes than to females. It is seen as a neutral color for the use of sex but men, in general, are drawn to it more, even if they hate the color.
